Default I've been busy.....

I put something up on FaceBook so some may have saw this already. But for those of you that don't do FB here's a shot of what I am calling "full".
I bought a NorVise about a month ago and started tying every night to get used to the vice.

Its the 2 weeks a year I wait for the most. I've landed some slobs during that 2 week prime time on the Bow. And I do it from a boat so I tend to lose a few. My secret bugs live in another box.... Lol All the same pattern in 2 sizes and 3 colors. I have 3 dozen right now. 3 dozen more by the weekend if things work out.

T the moment, I am working my way thru using #16 hooks, scud and 200R types, with and without beads, at present on the gunmetal flashabou as a base, with various material ribs such as Glitter thread and wires and spanflex and Stretch floss and midge stretch tubing and hot spots. There is enough variation in the materials and colours in the addons to keep me going for quite a while, the to change the base colour and go thru all the addons again, and then change hook sizes... I will have to do some more caddis and one other attractor fly before May, but, am slowly getting it done.
