Default Fenwick warranty

I have an older 1 piece fenwick walleye class spinning Rod. Set the hook on an eye the other night an the rod snapped in half. I’m guessing I’ll be outa luck with warranty but anyone else have the same situation?

If you google their warranty sight, it should provide you the info you need.

Reach out to them. They surprised me a number of years back. They were pretty awesome back then. It’s been a few years however so uncertain if things have changed.

Head over to the Fenwick website, and file a warranty claim by following the instructions provided.
They are great with warranty: "Everyone has broken a rod by accident, but Fenwick isn't going to penalize you for it. We're going to give you a sweet deal on a replacement rod and get you back on the water.

If you broke your rod by accident, send us the same information listed above in the warranty claim section to fenwick@purefishing.com explaining what happened.

We will take your information and be in touch regarding replacement options.

It is that easy. We are committed to keeping you fishing."

I broke the tip off a relatively new Fenwick rod a few years ago. I had the line wrap over the top, just as a fish hit the lure and tip snapped off. Really a fluke .... I took a picture, sent in a claim, and they sent me a brand new rod no questions asked. It was great customer service.

Similar to my experience with good quality tackle companies .... ABU Garcia, St.Croix, Fenwick are the top of the food chain when it comes to customer service. Just like Leupold on optics.
