If this is, in fact, incendiary ammo purchased from China that would be crazy. I have never shot incendiary ammo - so I'm not sure what it would do to a typical target a guy would shoot at the range other than some smoke.

In the video it was stated that you personally would be charged for having it in your possession but Cabelas would not be charged for selling it

“They made a mistake selling it”
How did they get it into the country if it’s illegal?
