Default Always learnig..cardiff pond sights

The good...Enjoyed watching the kayak club gong up and down up and down the lake, kids are getting pretty good maybe future Olympians.
The Bad..The fisherman letting go f bombs constantly while talking about fishing to his wife, while his 2 small children(9 and 5 ish) were constantly told to go look for some entertainment.
The resilience of man...Got to see some prairie lobster hunters with a good feed, they were using, chicken legs tied to a rope, slowly lower and then slowly up, and dip nets catching dinner. Maybe just eat the chicken next time?
No fish for me but practiced fly casting.

Cardiff is a nice place. One time when fishing there this little guy swam across the pond directly to me. It licked my toe, let me take some pics and then swam back across the pond. A few minutes later I caught a 5 lb trout.
