Fish Taxidermist

I feel the fish loses a lot of its individuality using replicas. Who in Alberta is still doing skin mounts and is VERY good at it. We all know the horror stories. I have a once in a lifetime fish here and don't want to mess it up.

I can't recommend anyone to you, but I do ask that you share more info on this once in a lifetime fish!

Hey man, I get why you prefer skin mounts. I'm the same way. So are a lot of legit taxidermists.

I really like Northern Impressions. I have two skin mounts from him. I see he continues to reinvent the art too so they only look that much better nowadays. If he is taking new clients, Doug at Northern Impressions gets my vote:

Sorry I can't suggest a skin taxidermist. If you are looking for ideas for a mount I saw this crocodile mount and now I want a mount in the same pose of a big pike grabbing a jet black coot or a colorful wood duck.
