Yuppers, this was a fun open water day
Took the kid out and bought her a new rod this morning since her's was broke. She's 3 and she caught 4 pike.. made my day to see her catching fish.. Not her first fish. She could reel them in at 2 1/2

So that was you I saw the other day....The last few times I've gone to that lake I'vebeen skunked good.. I pretty sure all you guys kept every last brookie from there.. now to wait for stocking I guess since nothing else is open

I only took 10 this year let alot go .. They are in there. they where jumping all over the place and I had a hog of a brookie on

I saw you at homehardware yesterday. Hmm, I wonder if its the weather that made the difference or maybe they stocked it finally.. Good to know.

good for her! maybe she can bait fishfarmers hooks for him so he doesnt have to touch those yuckky worms

Ahhh sorry She won't do that yet. she's afraid of the hooks. She will bring them to me..but, I have to bait hers lol
