What fish is this(caught on the bow)

I was out fishing on the bow yesterday using dimpled Len thomphsons and had a strike but couldn't get the fish in(felt small),then cast out again and caught this small fish that went for the spoon the same as itself!I have never seen this before and just asking what species it is,thx.I need help tho as I don't know how to add the picture thx.
