Default Lake Isle

HAs anyone fished this lake recently?
I am wondering if it has bounced back from a couple of bad winterkills.

Cheers,
M

I had no problem with the perch last winter, but I found not many in the silver sands area. Lots of nice ones in other places. I think right now the perch are in deeper water and wont move in to shallower for a couple of weeks at least. When I say deeper I mean like 20 ft or more.

We went out by Gainford for a few hours towards the end of yesterday...two little pike and that was it.

Of course none of us had fished the lake before and didn't really know where to go or what to look for there

Went out on the 26th at Silver Sands Managed to drive out ( 16-18 inches of good ice with some flood water) Lots of 4" perch and a couple of small pike.
Water is quite cloudy could only see down about 6-8 feet.
