Hit some ranch land by Chain lakes. Seen a two year old bull still packing both sides. Snow made for tough conditions, still found five to get me up to 31.

Default Found the match to my record shed!!!

The one of the left is my record sheds found each one a week apart on the right is my first ever match set which i found the same day i found the match to my record shed!! good week

Found him in a block of brush I have only ever seen Mulies. Good find.

Thought the peak of picking is over, but found these in the last two weekends. Surprizingly the mulie horn was still quite fresh when found, and being thickest in my collection, thicker than a young moose. The whitiey is thin, althouth long G2.

was through jasper on the 19th. all but one of the bull elk i saw were still packing, save the biggest bodied animal who had probably 10 inches of velvet horn already. Thought it was a strange contrast.

I picked this big 4 point last week 25.5 inch beams and 13.5 inch G2 put him at 71" 👍image.jpg

Default Sheds 2015

I went for another walk yesterday and all I found was a couple black bears. That's pretty much it for me as the lakes open and it's fishing season. Any more shed finds will be incidental to which leaves me at 18 whitetail and one moose, no crankers but lots of excersize!
