Default Bloody Cancer.......

Its tough to watch a vibrant young woman, of 59 years, battle so hard and fight so long, to keep her head up and be strong for everybody else. So worried about the hurt everyone else is feeling, and not being concerned about herself, and the pain she is in while she wastes away.

Just take a moment today and remember everyone in you life, who you love, and maybe haven't taken the time to go stop in and say hi.

Tell your familly everyday that you love them, and give your parents and loved ones that extra hug when you leave from your visit.

Rest in peace Heather, know that we are ok, but we love you and miss you every day.
Take care AO familly,
Dave.

Dave, you are so right. I feel for you.
We send our best to you and yours.
59 is very young, and I can sure feel your pain. My mother is in her 10th year (roughly) of Alzheimers and this Aug will be her 59th Birthday. I dont know whats worse, the suffering or the fact she is younger than most the nurses in the home.

Thanks for all you kind words guys, I just needed to say it this morning. We all take the people in our lives for granted, and it ends up biting us in the butt. I know every person on here has been effected one way or another by cancer.

So very sorry for your loss, just try to remember she isn't suffering anymore and she will always be with you.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I can certainly understand your advice about not taking people for granted. I just learned something very unsettling about a close family member's health that really puts everything in perspective.

I wish you all the best.

Sorry to hear your loss. Cancer is a terrible disease in the prolonged suffering for both the affected person and the familiy around. All the best to you and your family.

Default I know how you feel....not just saying it either

Dave you are absolutely right, condolences to you and your Family.

Currently I am going through a similar experience with my Mother who has cancer and is turning 61 this November 11th. I try to make sure I call her everyday and tell her I love her....your advise is very sound.....we do all take people for granted and I am guilty as charged.

My Mom and your Heather are of the same breed putting others before themselves and worrying not of their pain but the pain of those they love.

Appreciate your loved ones! they truly will not be here forever.
