Aren't the oil sands essentially shut down now anyway with the low oil prices? My understanding was that things were essentially at a crawl up in the patch because we couldn't make a buck refining what was there? Either way I don't see oil being the path of the future, maybe it might be time to start thinking about diversifying that 20% of the economy that it makes up, before we lose the chance to?

Everyone one who wants to make an actual opinion asks for a link. There's not a damn thing wrong with requesting the information op was talking about.
