Congrats on your elk.
What part of the province did you get him in?

Nice. Ryan told me he did all the work and you just pulled the trigger.

You mentioned there were three Elk, and you are in Grande Cache..
I occasionally will go down to Grande Cache (but usually stay half way between GC and GP. Could you please tell me exactly where you saw these elk and if you have seen any since?

Also, I have a GPS, so co ordinates would work as well..
Do you have a truck by chance? I may need one if I can't get my 4x4 working by next weekend.

That was a great ELK! How much did he weigh again? What are you getting done with the meat? Any sausages? I really like fresh sausage with a little maple if you have any extra.

Thanks

Again, nice elk...

hey papershreder if you call blowing the bugle while i stalk 250 yards threw thick bush to close the gap to 30 yards then stay hidden for 5 min while bull is staring you down not able to see if six point is big enough then wing shot on run to connect right in the middle of the back of the head then he is probably right

but thanks to ryan because it was and always is a group effort.

I think he left a couple of parts of the story out. We're heading out to camp in the jetboat this weekend. Hopefully there will be another one down soon.
