I didn't steal your stand. I don't like those ladder stands. Sorry about your luck, or lack of it.

I for sure will be locking my portable stands up this season for sure.

Was this near town? If so get some guys to listen to the bar talk, A person who would do that would likely brag about it.

I know how yer feeling , i had 2 trail cams stolen last week,
as far as I,m conserned if they will steel trail cams or tree stands or anothers hunting equipment or raid a camp, then they are the type of people who would give their freind a BJ tho cheat their wives out a piece of donkey

Sorry for your luck BB. I'd be pizzed too. We better get used to it though. This is the consequence of the enviros getting more and more land closed off to OHV users. Folks are getting concentrated into smaller locations, causing more problems at an amplified level, thus giving even more ammunition to.........ahhhh forget it. You know where I'm going with this.

Sounds like you should buy a chunk of land .Leaveing a two man ladder stand on crown land its just a matter of time before someone would take it, you cant say you have never read a story on this site about missing stands .

I know most think its your personal play ground and you have every right to but take the dam thing home at the end of the day.
as for the 20 guy camps with no respect well ok

That sucks.

Take the bottom section of ladder off your ladder stand and either hide it or take it with you.

Then the guys cant use it and cant climb it to steal it.

Obviously too late in your case but might help someone else who has a stand that is ready to get stolen.
