Default Boat motor mechanic

I'm looking for a good HONEST boat motor mechanic. I have an old 4hp merc and I have a water pump I need installed. I know I can go to a marine supply place but would rather support a single individual who is known to do good work.
Thanks in advance

Water pump is minor job, are you talking the impellor. If so 10 to 15 minute job.

Yes. Impeller. I was going to tackle it myself but i've never worked on a boat motor before and not too confident. I got a full w/p kit from the states/ebay
Good to know its an easy job
