Hopefully someone has one for parts. (I don't. Sorry for not being helpful )
Is the fuel tank on that unit bare copper, or is it painted?

Have you tried searching the web? I have a bunch of old Coleman stoves and lanterns and have found tons of info and parts online for them. There is a guy that has a bunch of NOS parts too I just don't remember his website. That's a great old stove btw. The tanks should be date stamped.

I might actually have one at my cabin bud.

Pm me in Nov early and remind me .... I'll get it for you if I have it.

Or would you like the whole thing?

It's my dads and we're not using it.

I'm 83% sure it's still there.

I don't want to break up your set.
This stove was my wife's Dads.
So I'm interested in just getting a grate so I can cook a meal on it for her and our Grandkids and tell them that this was cooked on your great granddads stove

Her Dad passed in the late 90's and this has been in his shed untouched since then.
I pulled the pump leather and oiled it a few pumps and it fired up hot and steady on at least 18 year old Naptha that appears about 1/3 full

They're copper tanks. I have one in near mint condition. If I recall it's from the late '50's or very early '60's. Beautiful stove works like a dam.

I have one that you can borrow for the summer if you are not able to find one to buy. We often travel to Calgary so PM me if interested and I can drop it off to you anytime. Not sure where you can buy one but think of it as a back up plan.

Check out antique malls and such, lots of times they have oddball parts hanging on walls with no clue what they are for.

Or you may find a baking or cooling rack that can cover the entire surface if you don't care about OEM.

Wouldn't be too hard to make one if you had a muddy with a mig welder...or....go getcherself a piec of expanded and flattened metal. The metal supermarket will have some. Just cut it to fit, they can probably do it at the store.

I have the identical stove. Can take a pic and send you measurements if you want to get one made. They are pretty basic.

That would be great if you could do both measurement and pic.
Does the grate just sit in the depression or is it hinged in?

If you get to Edmonton before you decide to make one, let me know. I can probably dig one up.

Easy to come by. About $8 or so.

Can you tell me the actual model number. Looks like 4 M in the picture. If it is it was made back in the 20s as were the model 9s.

Yup I got one off the neighbors Mom up at the lake. They put it in a yard sale and no one wanted it so they gave it to me. I checked and it had gas in it so I pumped it up and it fired right away. The sound of it going brought back a lot of memories of family camping up at Sturgeon Lake.

The model 9 is 20's. The 4M is a 50's/60's stove.

Coleman has a parts shop somewhere just off 32nd in the NE. used to loo in now and then for parts for their residential furnaces. They also stocked parts for all things Coleman. Coolers to tent trailers. Don't recall the exact address, Google might be of use on this one
