Congrats? Seems kind of twisted to congratulate someone for becoming a mod. How about best wishes, thanks for stepping up, don't pull the cord until you're clear of the plane and good luck instead?

Not a job I would want in a million years. I'm guessing it's a huge time commitment. Make sure you stay in balance with that to keep your sanity

I often wonder if it is known what is required to mod a site.
I can only assume this site is much like wrangling cats and pressing turtles into the mud that just want to go forward.
I shudder at the thought of 'un-moderated'.
But that is simply my thought.
