Skating on Mirror Lake is nice.
Pretty decent golf course, if you like golf.
Having a university is a nice touch.

They just replaced the white F-150 with a black F-150, they still park in the same places, and are just as easy to notice

I'd be interested in seeing the age demographics. True, Camrose was at one time a magnet for retiring farmers but the feed stock for that species has waned for many years. Seniors are noticeable in a small community, simply because it is small, and they can be around all day instead of "at work". Check traffic volumes on highway 21 during the rush hour. Those are not seniors pulling out to work in Edm area. Schools are full.
There is bound to be a an oldster bubble at the top end because of the hospital/nursing homes.

I admit it, the fact some are complaining how old the town is, really is a plus in my mind.
