Default What fish is this?

Hi all. My son and I found this fish washed up on the shore of a central Alberta stocked trout pond last weekend (hope the photo shows up). I have seen many fish but not one like this. Is it a Cisco (tulibee)? A Carp? Wrong mouth to be a carp I think. The scales are coarse and very large. Its not slender like a goldeye, much rounder body. Why would it be in there? Algae control?
Thanks,
kidd

So your fish:

Goldeye:

So I'd say Cisco but can't tell on the top and bottom fins from this pic.
