Default Wild&Free's 2015/2016 Hard Water Challenge.

I challenge each and every one of you to go out and catch fish of whatever species your heart desires. I challenge you to take photos and tell stories about your trip. I do not care about measurements, whether your at home, in the box of your truck or if it's a bunch of frozen solid snow covered fish. I want to see em and hear about your trip. I challenge you to handle all fish with the care and respect they're due to promote healthy stocks and future enjoyment for all. Lastly, most importantly, I challenge everyone to not post negative garbage about any submissions to this challenge, or any post sharing photos or stories

How do I participate in this challenge you ask. Simple, either reply to this thread or start your own, post up your pictures and/or tell us a story. Pictures not required for your story and a story isn't required for your pictures. That's it.

What do you get for participating in this challenge you want to know. I'll tell ya. The enjoyment of sharing with fellow anglers. Photos and stories with kids catching fish will get the thumbs up icon in the top corner. The rest will get my deep appreciation.

You won't get any internet fishing fame for participating in this challenge and I won't judge you on your submissions at all.

Now get out there, catch some fish and have fun.

Tight lines.

Spot on champ. Just get out and enjoy it for the experiance while its happening. Not to come home and get enjoyment from the internet. To many people i think fish just to come home and get some credit from the armchair heros! Id rather stay out there then ever come back.

Went out for some pike action on saturday. Had a blast fishing the shallows by a set of reeds. Best of the day was this 37"er.

Whites from yesterday, no ice though.

This guy's sporting his spawning armour.

Was prepared to be on the ice so had to cast from shore with the ice rods. Slip bobber and gold wire worm, 2 feet under the surface worked the best.

Multiple lakes, around 2400 kms and 100 hours of fishing for brook trout already this winter.

The feeling you get when you finally catch what your looking for. Priceless.
