Default Robinson Arms XCR, finding rings and bases

So I purchased a XCR-L in .223 ( http://xcr.robarm.com/xcrl.php )
recently and am struggling to find bases that are high enough to accommodate the scope I have for it a Zeiss 4.5-14X50mm objective. I tried the Leupold high base's and they are still quite a bit to low. Any ideas where I would find something to work with this setup?

I don't know the dimensions of the rings & mounts you've tried, but with that long picatinny rail it's not contoured like a traditional hunting rifle for sure, where those other mounts might be designed to bring the scope as close to the barrels possible. Have you checked out Burris? Brownells should have a vast assortment to check into.

I had to use a set of extra high rings on mine... Made it sorta unfriendly to get a good cheek weld on the ace stock but would be fine with the new adjustable style.

Chance are if it will work on a AR it will work on the XCR.

I use NightForce rings. Badger Ordinance and vortex quick mount all work with my XCR s too
