Default cooking burbot & whitefish

Burbot- fry fillets & cut them into small pieces . put them on a plate , cover with plastic wrap & let cool. Then you can warm them up in the microwave & use shrimp sauce or tartar sauce , etc. Add fries , salad & enjoy.

Whitefish- chop up white onion , celery & add salt & pepper . In a caserole dish, cake dish etc. place a layer of fillets, then the celery & onion mixture, more fillets & so on. Then pour a can of tomato soup over the top of the dish & bake in the oven for 1 hour. Yummmm!!!

skin'em like you're taking off a sock, takes some practice,, gut em but remember to keep the liver,, fry it and eat it on toast with lotsa pepper.

Burbs are perfect for fish'n chips but try to eat asap, they don't taste so good after being frozen. Likewise, they keep well in the fridge for a few days cleaned.
