Default squirrel

I watched a u tube about a good way to skin and gut a squirrel. Maybe I will try it on a Richardson ground squirrel. Is anybody out there eating gophers?

They taste like a combo of meat, dirt and grass. Tried em a few times. Not the worst I've had but not good.

Clark: [a squirrel is loose in the house] Where is Eddie? He usually eats these goddamn things.Catherine: Not recently, Clark, he read that squirrels were high in cholesterol.
