how does one catch the suckers? I've always wondered that, do you just keep them when you're fishing for other fish and incidentally catch them or do they go to an area (creek, certain part of a lake) where one can just scoop them out easily with a net?

Default Scoop??

What is scoop? A new kind of spoon or jig or what? I can't even find that word in the "Fishing Dictionary". Nor the Alberta regulations for that matter.
Please define. Thanx.
Free. (to not get caught 'scooping')
