Default Upper or Lower K ?

I'm thinking about heading out Sunday i was thinking of going to spray lakes but i was thinking of trying out a different lake for a change.

had a few questions if any one could help out with them.

what lake is better upper or lower? (any difference ?)
what kind of fish will i find in these lakes ?
can you drive on the ice ?

upper lake is for the small cuttys and sucekrs mainly and the lower K has a better poplualtion of bulls/bigger. and have abetter chance at a 30 inch bow IMO you cant drive on,
species,cuthroat trout,rainbow trout,bull trout,mouatin whitefish,suckers,some brookies in the stream not sure if theres any in the lakes to be called a population.and suckers

no driving on the lake

also a bait ban as well

white tube jigs work best
