Default Patterns by Henry S. Welsh Kirkland Lake Ontario

Here are some patterns tied by the late Henry Welsh . These are patterns used in Stillwater in the lakes of North Eastern Ontario
The Coachmen Brown Matuka works well for Rainbows . This pattern was also great in river fishing for speckle trout . A full bodied pattern and very tough .

Black Matuka

Cream edge canvas back Matuka

Beautiful. I like the sparse look for the matukas, versus heavy use of fir or feathers.
