Hi all, i am goin to Calgary on Saturday and Sunday... can some one pls. suggest some good areas on Bow and any lakes where i can get some action....

Also are there any regulation on Bow within the city... will be great if some can suggest something.......

The bow definately has some restrictions. No bait, and I think you are only allowed to keep one trout under 35 cm or something like that. Definately check out your Alberta regs book. Most people kind of catch and release on the bow anyway (kinda like an unwritten rule/honour code). Not sure you would wanna eat one anyway.....lo.

I recommend checking out this map one of the thoughtful posters on here made. He posted it in his thread so I don't think he would mind me repeating it.

The San Juan red worms work well on the bow. At least I think most fly fishermen would tell ya that!
