Default What's the ice like in chestermere?

Thinkin of checking it out on the weekend just for a close to home short fish but still like to know how the conditions are before I go.

Not sure if this report is too late for you. But lots of ice at the south end. Easily 16" - bring a gas/power auger. Surface is very icy now - so wear cleats/nails.

hey guys -- just touching base to see how the action (if any...) was at Chestermere lately? Anyone catching anything? Not looking for trophies, but hoping to get out with the girlfriend on Sunday somewhere close to home...any update would be awesome. Thanks!!
