Thinking that med rings on that scope will likely clear, assuming you are about 54mm on the objective OD. Might get touch and go getting a cover on with a sunshade, depends a bit on whose rings you get.
My TAC A1 has a 34mm, 56mm (63mm), a full rail out on the shroud, and I can barely get a cover on with the sunshade and 1-1/2" high rings at 30deg. That may give you some idea.
I got into looking at different ones for a CZ457, rail is 1/2" thick, med XTR with a 30mm 4-20x50 are kinda high for my tastes, could lose that rail and be good still. Med XTR is 1.10" on the 30mm ring, be good` for the 457 if it was a dovetail mount, but, that's a no go.
Looked at Near, no dims on his website.
Spuhr has a 0deg mount, 1.18", a 20deg at 1.18 " and a cantilever 20deg at 1.5 " in their 30mm stuff. The cantilever is measured at the back ring. and they come with a 10deg shim shipped with all of their rings. 1.10 to 1.18 is only .007".
I looked at a bunch more stuff, haven't found the right ring for the 457 yet, that is a reasonable price.
So, it depends on the height of the rail on the CTR and the step down to the barrel, and where that objective sits on what little taper it has on that barrel.
On my T3x lite, the diopter power ring barely clears the rail on a Sightron STAC 3 3.5-16x42 with med Signature Zee rings (.78' height) and 10deg inserts, all kinds of room on the front. Those rings are pretty low for a 30mm medium ring.
