2013 Bull Moose
I finally got drawn for a bull Moose in 501 I hunted hard for the whole month seeing lots of cows and calves and one small bull whose antlers appearded to small to legally tag. A buddy of my mine managed to get on the 22nd of November and when he took him three more bulls came running out. After being told this I started hunting the spot and on the last day this small bull showed himself one shot at 250 yards from my 300 wsm and I had harvested my first moose

Good eating there.
If it's a bull, then there is no such thing as too small.
If it has an antler, you can shoot. No stew meats, no canning..
Cut it with a plastic knife. Very good.
