-37 up in Fort McMurray today with a stiff breeze. So I’d say we have a bit more winter up here...

Move down south here, ya get spring, winter and, fall on a weekly basis, a few days ago it was +10, but most can't the wind, and for that reason, I love it! To be honest, I think we've got one more blast, of good cold weather down here and we'll be over the hump, foretasted -3 from the 7th creeping up to +3 three by the 17th, I work outside, and I've had the long jons on once all year, I'll be fly fishin in less than a month, mind you I'm abnormally tolerant of crappy weather, often being the only guy on the lake or river, I can still see the beauty on those adverse weather days, often, those trips are the most memorable!

Default looks like

that palm springs car auction later this month would have been a good idea. Boss was OK with it but accommodation near the auction had been booked up months before so we went to Mexico instead last month

About time we got some decent snow.

Hopefully will stay for a while and then melt slow and raise some lake levels a bit.

The old snowblower did about 12 driveways today. Have definitely had enough winter for this year.....a tall rye and coke while soaking in the hot tub did help though

Spring? Now the snow needs to melt slowly in spring and soak in.

The land up here has a fair bit of moisture. I'd like to see fast melt and hopefully blow out some of the beaver dams. Be Nice to get some fish back in the slough hole lakes we got locally.

It's so cold here the partridge are burrowing in the snowbanks right up at the house, I'm ready for spring.
