Default 2015 Elk

This is the Elk I took this year in the 214/314 region.
I took her at 250yds as she was grazing in the field. I pulled the trigger when she was by the hay bale in the picture, she ran 15yds hit the fence and dropped. Parker and Hale 30-06 with 180 grain did the trick.
Just have to thank the land owner who was fantastic not only did he give us permission, but his wife took us around the whole property showing us the best spots to hunt.

Good work all the landowners we talked to this year were so friendly would do anything for us to help take a few elk the landowner that we finally tagged out on came with his tractor and loaded them in the truck for us and offered to buy us a Bottle i said something is wrong here it’s usually the hunter buying the bottle....
