Default Spring fishing trip.where to go?

Hey guys im looking to take my dad and uncle's on a fishing trip next spring. I would like to catch walleye and pike. we dont need to catch huge fish but if we could catch lots of 2-3 pound walleye that would be great. Im thinking of a few spots in northern saskatchewan but any tips will help. we will be pulling the 5th wheel trailers out to stay in and will need to rent a boat or 2. any hints or past experience would be great. thinking of going the end of may start of june. thanks in advance for the info.

If you're thinking Northern Sask. I'd be heading for the Meadow Lake Provincial park. Lots of lakes, lots of fish, and lots of camping options

Keeley Lake is a hour north of Meadow lake. i have been up there many times. lots of camping and the boats are 17ft with 40/50 hp motors.
the fishing is always good, there are some big fish in there too. I think the biggest Jack we pull out was 22lbs. and 7lbs walley.

You want to go to Dore Lake. We stayed at Michel Lodge two years back to back. AWESOME trip.

We kept some, not our limit, but we caught and released probably twice our limit every day.

My biggest Walley ever was caught here.

Never been to Tobin myself, but I've heard its a great lake. I'm sure you'll have a great time, and let us know how it goes.

I have friends from Nipawin Sask. that speak highly of the lake.

For what you are looking for I would recommend Deschambault Lake.
Walleye and pike aplenty. Lots of other lakes in the area for day trips as well.
