IIRC its is Roughly $40 to $45 per foot. So if your house is 40 x 40 thats 160 feet in perimeter then a 9 foot wall 9 x 160 = 1440 x 40 bucks is 57,600 or thereabouts. That should include footings, weepers, floor, windows, door, etc. Every situation is a little different.

YMMV

ok , as a comparison , what would the same basement be if done the standard way-reg style ?

Sorry , I realize now, in thinking about it , they really can't be compared straight across .

35% more money...but it is well spent for a VERY comfortable basement all year round.

I have 8 inch Advantage Block ICF and it is R 27. A bit tricky to install electrical plugs on the ICF wall, but you do not frame and insulate giving a bigger basement and one less expense on the basement finish. You DO have to drywall as ICF can get burning, so keep that in mind.

4sqft of superform block will run around 16$ so it would be about 4$sqft for the block. Most conventional foundations are 8" thick while superform is 6.5" of concrete. the cost of footing is the same no matter which style you go with.
rebar is 1 row per row and uprights depend on the height of back fill. if you have a 7' back fill you will need one piece every 16". you will save a few bucks on concrete and also you are able to build your icf yourself. this can cut some of the difference in cost but it will still be more expensive than conventional or wood foundation.

Other than not needing a set of forms and easy for a do it yourselfer, I could never see the sense, compared to formed and poured. Not as easy to finish as some people claim and electricians hate them. Then, Finishing the outside, above ground is extra cost as well. You can't just parge them like a conventional basement. I can remember when wooden basements were a hell of a good idea.

Ours was easy to finish and the electrician had no concerns, but, all he does is new build with icf basements, perhaps some of the guys stuck in the past have issues. And the outside was easy to parge....just saying.
