Anyone have any experience with the ISSC MK22 rifle?
Do yourself a favor and DON'T buy this unit, really bad reviews on other sites!! I mean REALLY bad!! Yet to find a good review....does look pretty though!!
I thought it would look good beside my SR22 so I picked one up at the gun show.I put a couple of mags down range it worked all right but the sights are junk I will put red dot or m8 on it.It will be interesting how it works after 10000 rds
Here is a quick review on the ISSC MK22 rifle.I wiped the barrel out when I got the gun home other than that I have done nothing in the way of cleaning.I put a brick of the cheap Winchester 36 gr HV ammo thru it.I then removed the trigger assembly so I could see the bolt I did not find any loose screws or bolts.I sprayed a little G96 on the bolt and replaced the trigger.Shot one more brick thru it I figure she is broke in.It did jam about a dozen times but if you tap the back of magazine on the bench before inserting it in the gun seems to cure the problem.I would not believe any of the bull**** that you see about this gun online. It wont win any BR matches but I was hitting them little brown sparrows at 50yds ranged with my Leica 1600.Can not wait for gophers to start poppin their heads out of the dirt!: Happy shooting everybody.Walter
That's great!
Having to tap a magazine, BTW, is not out of the ordinary with almost any type of high-cap mag system, and many shooters do it even with center fire 5 shot mags, so you rifle sounds like it will do fine!

After making my last post I had considerable grief with mis-fires however I found the cure. As most anyone knows this gun quite complicated and has several lawyer proof safety features including engaging the safety when the magazine is removed. It also has a firing pin safety, a little button on the side of the bolt assembly that must be depressed in order for the firing pin to be able to hit the primer. The problem is this safety,I simply removed it.I suppose a better solution would be to take the gun to a qualified gunsmith and have it adjusted. The idea of this safety is to prevent slam-fires and out of battery discharge, however I have not had any issues. I assume no responsibility for your safety or damage to your gun. Wally
