Have to go to Stony to Vote in the Federal By-election so might as well stop in a see what is happening at the show. See you all there.

Went to the show Sat. There was a pretty god turn out and there were actually some pretty decent deals. Lot of gunpowder, primers and bullets for sale from large sellers. Powder was 34-44 sop pretty good prices. CCI mag rifle $60/1000 etc. Some vendors with brass and used reloading gear but not as much as usual.

There were also a fairly large number of good guns for sale and some had pretty reasonable prices, not steal of a deal but fair.

Free parking and 8 bucks to get in is a pretty good deal. Food at the concession is cheap and very tasty.

The powder I saw was grossly over priced. An 8lb jug of Retumbo for $365?! I know of two on-line sources for $260. Even with shipping (if you don't qualify for free) plus G.S.T, you wouldn't pay more than $280-$285 delivered. Unbelievable.
