An awful lot of big game was killed with the .30-06 including the big bears before everyone became affluent enough to own a rifle for every species of game they might hunt.

they just showed this at the end of the CBC Edmonton evening news, they discussed why there was meat hanging on a rope in the bush, Adrienne Pan said "that's illegal".
