Default Home Theatre - Lost the sound when set to TV/Cable

I am stumped. Problem started when I plugged computer into TV so wifey could show her travel photos.

Sound works fine when set to blue ray, AM-FM, yet when I switch the receiver over to Cable/Sat, no sound. Pic is fine.

Any experts out there?

Check the tightness of your speaker bearings.

Make sure the TV is set on the correct input, or the mute button is not on. Sounds like an audio connection problem.
Could also be that you disconnected a cable when you hooked up the computer. Make sure the hdmi or rca, svhs cables are connected properly. One of these should do it.

What av receiver are you using?

It's likely just a audio priority setting where the avr is looking for audio from another source ie optical or digital coax or analog.

Can't be the other option as your getting audio from other inputs ie blu-Ray

If you still need help let me know
