Ryan Lake with Mikisew Sport Fishing
Another year another great fishing trip to Ryan Lake. Took us a day to find the walleye but once we did, almost nonstop action. Not quite as big as last year at Barrow Lake, but the numbers certainly made up for it!! Biggest jack was 16lb. with a 13lb. and 11lb. to boot. Biggest walleye came in at 7lb. Not the size we were lookin for but the number of 3,4 and 5lb. we caught made up for it. Musta caught 60 walleye out of one hole alone. We left a map of the hotspots for you JBLS. not promising they'll be there when you get there but you can try em. Bugs were'nt as bad as we thought. Really nice camp setup and nice rustic cabin. The goofs that were in before us complained of bears in the camp every morning but once we seen all the fish guts spead out on the shoreline, well goofs sums it up. All in all, musta caught 300 fish in the time I were there. Nuther great trip, would highly recommend it. Can't wait till next year!!
