Default June 16 is almost here

High country streams open on the 16th.... anyone know how clear they're running? Like the South & North Rams? Or the Upper Highwood?

Chocolate Milk on most. We are a few weeks off.

I'm going to hold off on any weekend trips for a bit, but I'll do my best to get out on the Elbow this weekend.

I was guiding a group up at Grass Pass yesterday. The Highwood will be a few weeks yet!

Cycled the highwood pass on the weekend.

Highwood was very high, and very muddy.

Like others have said, it will be a few weeks yet.

Good for the river, bad for the fishermen.

Be patient, just think how willing those fish will be after a normal run off.
