Default NSR water level

It seems the water level is so low this year...

Is there will be a run off shortly or it just stays like now?

good to hear that BBJ.

I fished river few times this year so far and only spice I have got is Sucker, and one of them even was over 5 lb range, what a fight!

I am waiting for the run off as well.

Last week The local paper had an article in it about this. The Bighorn Dam was/is having some maintenance done and they are holding back the water in the resevoir ( Lake Abraham). The article said that they should be done soon. It was also mentioned that the snow pack in the hills was below average this year

Lowest Water Level's I have Ever Seen. Even at it's lowest point in years past, I could not see any of the rock exposed that is now over 3 feet out of the water. Water clarity is as good as it gets, but it's starting to get tricky to run in the jetboat. Already took a few good hit's in places that never would have been a concern before. Sturgeon are goin hard, and the warmer water the past week has really put the fight in them. A 15 pounder now has more fight than a 30 pounder had a couple weeks ago.

With no real rain, and no more run off to be expected, I can't see the water level coming up much any time soon. Not untill there is a whole bunch of rain in the mountains and out west.
