Default Deer leg for lynx?

I was going to use a bloodshot front deer leg in the middle of a snare pen for lynx! Anyone here use deer carcass?

Yup , most any red meat works , I also hang a shinny attractor , I use old CD's hung from tree limbs by fishing line , the breeze spins them around and reflects light very well , peeking there interest , give it a try.

Lynx will go for scent alone. We never use bait for lynx.
But we did catch Lynx in baited sets so I'm sure it would work. At least with a trap set.

I'm not so sure it would work with a snare set. We found that they will back out of a snare if they feel it before it closes.

Not so true Keg almost all my lynx are snared. My quota is filled every year long before the end of the season.
