Default Calgary city workers strike again

I took the dog for a walk at nose creek today and came across a gate at the beddington trail parking lot that appeared to be locked. Closer examination proved that the 4 padlocks hanging on the gate did not actually secure the gate to the poll. In the picture i am holding up the pin that keeps the poll attached to the gate. and two of the locks are out of frame attached to the pin. (sorry its a bad picture because i took it on my phone.) I doubt this would stop any one determined to drive in to the park, or at least it wont stop any one not to lazy to check if the gate is even locked

Don't know if this still holds, but, city parks were all keyed the same at one time. That was for anything Parks dept touched.

That confirms it, calgarians really are useless. If you need us to write you guys a procedure for how to lock a gate I guess we could do that for ya..
