Was at coal Saturday and driedmeat Sunday, about 6 or 7 inches. No fish at coal, a few at driedmeat.

Where about's on Ridge? we were out there last weekend on 4-5". It may be gone now though with the weather we had last week and have coming this week, didn't want to risk it this past weekend.

At travers, there is ice at the spillway, saw a couple guys fishing there this weekend. There I no ice past the resort boat launch. There's a dead deer on the ice and the vultures are picking at it. Pretty neat.

Now now boys you should know better than to ask where someone has a special "spot"

Most burbot are caught later in the season when they move into the shallows, other than that try 30 FOW lots of that at CV

Lol its funny anywhere else and nobody would have any problem saying where they last saw some stinky burbot lurking around. We like our burbot here that's for sure.

Wow, South Buck hasn't progressed much at all. I'm going to try it on the 12th though, see if its gotten any better. Thanks for the update!

Wizards ice can vary a lot. Be careful on this lake. The fact that the lake drops off quick too puts you over deep water close to shore.

Just back from Long Lake by Boyle. Not good at all for fishing today. I think the fog and low light was an issue with the perch.Ice was a solid 10 inches and we walked for 20 minutes and was not slippery due to a thin layer of snow on top. Saw one guy driving around. Wont comment on that. Still a fun day. Very safe for anyone who is walking or quads.
