red thai curry with fresh basil and extra chili's and white rice

put some sweet potato and yam in the curry for kicks

Well...

Night before last I had KD mixed vagetables an bear/pork snak stix I just pulled outta the oven...

Last night Wuz Berger Baron Pizza

Tonite Wuz sum chikkin titty curry with riz.... Nawt bad atall

I have no idea tonight but it occurred to me whilst I was checking this thread that I need to make note of the folks who are cooking what really looks interesting to me so that as I plan our next vacation we can be sure and be at I mean near their houses come meal times.............I'm just saying........it's just a thought................

Not sure what happened to photo bucket.could not give you picture....the steak that I sprinkled with Kosher salt and left sit at room temp for 2 hr was ... to die for....our quest said that it might have been one of the best steaks they have ever eaten, BBQ was set at 500F steaks placed on grill and temp turned to low, cooked 4 min and turn for two min and let sit for 5 min to rest , still shaken my head on how good it was....meat very firm but so juicy i can not describe, no juicys on the plate all in your mouth

Fried chicken and wedges from IGA. Washed it down with a half 40oz of sapphire with tonic and a splash of grapefruit. All while watching the super bowl.

Curried lamb chops on BBQ,
Basmati rice,
Coleslaw /w cherry tomatoes & avacado,
BBQ'd zucchini wedges,
And a couple of Black Amber Ales.

Well tonight we will have to suffer with fresh walleye, pike, fried potatoes,beans, rye bread and a bacardi and coke to top it off.

My mini chef did the meal last night.
He bbq'd pork chops, then asked me to put some perogies on to cook while he watched the meat.
Also had peas and carrots.

He's so proud of himself when he cooks for me.

While it wasnt a fancy meal it was a greatly appreciated meal.
