I love Sunday dinners - sets up the week right. Tonight I roasted a Huge chicken (Hutterite) with veg. and a salad. Just finished making 3 lunches with leftovers. Shredded the rest of the chicken and wrapped up the carcass (for stock) to make Tortilla Soup later in the week.

Beef roast and pizza I was trying out my big green egg. Roast was actually medium rare when I first cut it. This is what it looked like before I put it in the fridge. Pizza was really good! Love that smoked taste. None left over to photograph I"ll get better with the cooking and photography.

Thanks 343 ... and yes, it was good!

While she was unemployed a few years back, my wife took a Chinese cooking course from a chief who had emigrated from Hong Kong. Ever since then, she pulls out her wok and does a killer stir-fry at least once a month.

She tells me that her next stir-fry will be with prawns and some of my wild pheasant. Mmm ... mmm Good!
