Heart Healthy Breakfast- NOT!
Oh lordy- it was goooood.
Fried Hot Hungarian Sausage crispy- then fried some Winnipeg Rye Bread in the sausage fat- then sliced in some house made gouda.

Last night we had sweet and sour pork chops on brown rice with mixed veggis.. and washed down with a Crabbies Ginger beer on ice.

Made Bolos Levedos-Portugese Sweet Bread- It is kinda like Naan Bread- cooked like a pancake over low heat. I had them in the Azores last summer and finally got around to making them.




They make an awesome Burger Bun-

BBQ sauce ever.......Mixed the red beans with black .....8cloves garlic

Baby bell peppers........She's got a little kick ....but hey winters back ...
