Default Anyone been to Rocky's Sausage Haus?

I'm trying to source a good Andouille sausage for the cajun/creole phase of cooking that I'm in.

Anyone been to Rocky's? Is it worth the pilgrimage? If not, any other recommendations? Valbella in our town doesn't do Andouille.

I'd also like to find a good bratwurst (non smoked) so I don't have to travel to Stony Plain to get my brat fix!

Default Had a fellow from Louisianna try them.

Hello Spidy, this is Rocky here. I've had a fellow from Louisianna try our Andouille. He told me they are as close as one can get to what they make down there at one of the 2 best known shops. This made me really proud because we try our best to make authentic recipe's. Come in and give us a try.

Spidey
Swiss Cheese and Bacon Sausage, since you will be there picking up your Andouille

I wonder where the French Quarter sources their Andouille? Might save you a drive.

I usually keep a small cache of my Double Smoked Tasso in the pantry that I could donate to your cause

So, you're not in Rocky Mountain House ? Assumption I made by the name.
