The name of your company won’t get you work. And it won’t keep you working. My vote is to build up your rep thru hard work and honest dealings. And being on time and on budget. And just use “your name’s trucking”. Or something like that. If you’re proud of your work, put your name on it. Being cool don’t pay the bank.

Good luck

Those would be ideal names if he was hauling and dumping manure .... lol

This one has my vote! doesn't matter what your hauling or transporting!! Just leave sand and gravel off the end!

I would just use "your Name here" Haulage or some such. Have a motto on the truck, "Roads? Where we are going, we build roads!" or some such if you want. I know some people that don't use the guys with kitchy names because they feel its not as professional.

Besides, if you want to branch into landscaping, water, cargo theres less confusion.

Go with something simple and easy to remember. Like other's mentioned avoid using "Rock" in your name.

Pick something and end it with "....Group Inc." "....Development Inc."

I am assuming since you are picking up a new truck, you will be an owner/operator and most probably have a contract lined up with a local rock/gravel company, if that is the case then company name doesn't even matter, as long as you are incorporated. You can add an operating name anytime in the future.

Oh and best of luck with DOT. They are coming out of hibernation and are HUNGRY. and don't forget road bans, they started in March. At $35/100kg it can add up.

Just combine a bunch of buzzwords.

I suggest “Energy Solutions Development Group Ltd.”

First a catchy motto like "Delivery 24/7/365".

Then name your business after your truck,
and, with those working hours it could be...

HOLY FLOORBOARDS TRUCKING
