Default Almost broke my skunk!

went out today to try a pair of waders that i bought from a fellow forum member. (Thanks it works great) Anyway today i almost broke my skunk streak on the river!! I was using a bow river bugger and while i was stripping it in the fish jump took it and i guess i didnt set the hook fast enough. Anyway can anyone recommend a spot to me where i can break my streak?

Most fish are worth waiting for, who knows you might just beat the skunk with a trophy shoot me a pm when the lakes freeze over, I can definately help you get rid of that skunk

Thanks for the replies everyone yes i've seen your map jts1 i've only tried a couple with no luck but i saw lots of fish jumping during those times. Probably just using the wrong techniques. I usually fish alone as well so i'm a bit nervous to enter remote areas alone. What techniques should i be using for fall bow fishing?
