I think you can buy an SD card reader adapter that plugs into your phone

No problem it’s really simple plug it in go to photos on your phone and you will see an import option download photos.
I get frustrated with tech stuff and even I find this option easy

I use the apple sd card reader, one of my cameras doesn’t show the whole picture on my phone when viewing. I took my phone home connected to my laptop and saw several more pictures that i didn’t see on my phone or if I send the pictures to someone then I can se more of the picture. Does anyone know a fix for this? Is it a setting in my phone or on the camera? Just started using game cameras hoping to get the best out of them.

I don’t even download most pics. I just want to see what’s going by so I hold my thumb on the thumbnail to expand a bit and move on.

All of my Stealthcams have a USB port in the base of the unit. I carry my tablet, plug in the USB and just "CUT and PASTE" the pics to the tablet, wiping the cameras card without removing it.
I can then view on a decent screen.
No need for a reader or dropping your cards in the snow.

My Uway has a screen, view on the spot. For the 4 stealth cams I got of a wicked CT deal where they come with batteries and cards, I bought their sd card reader. Plugs into my cell and downloads the pics. At least it did in my basement when I tested it lol.
This weekend they will have been up for 2 weeks and I hope to go see whats on these cams.
